Rogue magazine certainly made a splash with their March 2013 cover. It features actress Rhian Ramos wearning nothing but a scarf. At least, that's what it looks like. Right now, the buzz over the cover is gathering steam. As usual, there are fans and critics of the look.

The fans, of course love the cover, saying Ramos has never looked sexier. The critics say it's   a bit "too much."

That said, we say it's artfully done. Ramos looks beautiful and her stance has a hint of power in it. It's certainly going to stand out on magazine racks.

Rogue credits the following for the success of the cover: photographer Mark Nicdao, stylist Pam Quinones, makeup artist Paolo Maranan, and hair stylist John Valle.
