Experts swear that eating right can boost your sexual health. Nosh on these foods to keep your boobs, uterus, va-jay-jay, etc, working right.

1. Plums and Peaches
These delish fruits are packed with antioxidant polyphenols that may help kill breast cancer cells.

2. Vitamin D
Some studies show that foods rich in Vitamin D-eggs, salmon, shitake mushrooms, and tuna-can help keep your breasts healthy and lower your risk of breast cancer.

3. Probiotic Yogurt
Yeast infections suck…and they happen when there's an imbalance of bacteria in your vagina. The probiotics in yogurt can help restore the bacteria and stave off infection.

5. Citrus
Fruits like oranges, pineapples, lemons, limes, and grapes may make your hoo-ha smell better.

6. Coffee
Research has found that drinking 12 ounces a day may lower your risk of developing an aggressive form of breast cancer.

7. Water
It's crucial to keep you healthy, but drinking eight to 10 glasses of H2O every day helps with vaginal lubrication. Being well-hydrated also creates a more mild smell and taste down there.
