The Weekend's Best Tressed: Hair Hits From Diane Kruger, Kate Middleton and Rihanna

Some of you lot might have been glued to Homeland last night, or maybe you were cooking up a delicious Mother’s Day feast, but Grazia Team Beauty were spying on pics of all our favourite celebs out and about over the weekend (there’s never a dull moment when you’re as fanatical about beauty as us). From the chicest topknot we have ever seen to the coolest crew-cut known to man, we were truly inspired by the level of style being paraded about this weekend. So here are our top moments gals, take note!

First up is Diane Kruger who worked possibly the chicest top knot EVER at the opening of the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Florida. Slicked back into a tight, neat bun, Miss Kruger looked glamourous yet still unbelievably cool, natch. She teamed the look with a statement red lip and Chinese inspired outfit – peeps, our girl crush has reached new heights.

Next up is Rihanna at LAX Airport looking quite the goddess that she is. She went for a 50’s housewife inspired headband to keep her blonde fro in order. Now we’ve long been fans of the headband and often wear one ourselves, but Ri Ri has managed to nail this look in an effortless but sexy way like no one else can. Remember to keep this look casual if you’re going to try it at home and allow the hair to fall out in front of the band rather than being too tied back. Rihanna, you rock.

We are quite literally GREEN with envy at the sight of blonde babe Karoline Kurkova at the Gala Spa Awards in Baden Baden, Germany, where she was looking uber-glam in her  slinky green gown and most of all, that HAIR. We love how she has worked such a perfect side parting with a killer retro wave (surely in anticipation of the Great Gatsby trend that will be sweeping the universe right about now?). The modelista cleverly toned down her make-up to make her locks the focal point of her beauty look and as always, she got it just right.

T’would be rude to go without mentioning Princess Catherine looking her radiant self at the Irish Guards Parade for St. Patrick's Day. Kate flaunted a bouncy, voluminous blow-dry with her dark green Emilia Wickstead coat dress and caught many a guard’s eye at the event (yes, one even fainted at the sheer sight of HRH). Whilst we’re sure Kate had a bit of help to get her mane into such shiny shape, this one is easy to do at home as long as you arm yourself with a decent hairdryer and some hot rollers – old school but they do the job well girls.

Model Rosie Huntingon-Whiteley was out and about in New York at the weekend doing what she does best, which is looking super-hot and sexy in a way that only a Victoria’s Secret Angel knows how. We’re loving her honey coloured hair which looks like it might have had a subtle touch of the dip-dye brush, but only in that Manhattan style that makes it look like it's always been that way. Well Rosie, we've spotted your trick and think it looks utterly fabulous - we might even go in for a bit of this ourselves one day soon.

Which of you spotted little Willow Smith out and about, who we think worked possibly our favourite hair-do of the entire weekend! We can only describe it as a vision of green coolness, complete with Willow’s street attitude and retro Louis Vuitton handbag. Her grade-two cut has been dyed a deep shade of emerald green and looks just s’well on her. Teamed with her black tom-boy outfit and all around coolness, she is a proper chip off the old block. Oh Willow, we do love your look. But no whipping back and forth anymore then.

And lastly, Miss Charlize Theron, who stole the show with her low-slung pony which couldn't be more on-trend if it tried. The blonde bombshell debuted the look at the Human Rights Campaign Event in LA and looked I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E. She teamed her tresses with a soft bronze smokey eye and sultry smile and had many heads a-turning. One member of Grazia Team Beauty is even emulating the look today in honour of Queen Theron and her gorgeous hair.
