Olympics 2012 Infographic: Our Favourite Style Moments From The Games Including The Manicures, The Scrunchies And More!

We've been glued to the games over the last couple of weeks, watching Team GB's gold medal tally soar and investing in the highs and lows of the athletes competing. But as much as the sport has captured our attention, we've also been obsessing over the fashion items on display. From the moment it was announced that Team GB's kit would be designed by Stella McCartney for Adidas, we knew that this would be one very stylish Olympics.

First off there were the manicures, showcased by athletes of all nationalities who have enjoyed some R&R in P&G's complimentary nail bar in the Olympic Village. We know you've loved seeing the flagtastic fingers too as you tweeted us pics of your own patriotic nail designs in support of Team GB on #manicuremondays.

The fashion show didn't end there as we spied everything from psychedelic shellsuits worn by the Russian team to countless scrunchies rocked by the gymnasts. Daybreak’s Olympics correspondent Tiffany Royce told us how there are a whopping 900 wardrobes in the Olympic Village so no wonder the athletes have so many accessories!

In case you've missed out on any of these triumphant style moments take a look at our Olympic-Sized Wardrobes infographic - Olympic fashion by numbers if you will.

Now all we have to do is sit back and enjoy the costumes from the closing ceremony…
