Four fitness fashion trends for autumn

Neon, urban chic, and even sports bras you aren't embarrassed to be seen in -- those are just a few of the latest fitness fashion trends coming around the bend in autumn.

While summer has yet to set, fashion-forward gym junkies are readying their fall looks, and here are a few trends to watch, as spotted by fitness site Well + Good NYC.

Back-baring tanks - Tanks this season are full in front and bare in back, "exposing those sexy shoulder blades you didn't even know you were dying to show off," writes Well + Good NYC. Check out the Seamless Sexy top from Electric Yoga and Splits 59 Devon Scoop Back Tank.

Patterned leggings - This season the patterned tank trends moves downward -- to pants in varying lengths and in patterns ranging from watercolor to snakeskin to tie-dye. Several standouts: Alo Synergy Capri in Autumn Leaves, Tees by Tina Tie Dye All Over Capri, and Prism Sport.

Studio-to-street styles - Nike's Gyakusou collection has broken the mold of splashy logos and nylon fabrics in lieu of laid-back colors, such as greys and burnt oranges, in soft fabrics. Or look to Adidas by Stella McCartney, whose current line features metallic hooded running jackets and feisty leopard-print leggings. For an urban-chic sports bra, check out Lululemon's new 105F Bra.

Neon - Fluorescent colors remain a glaringly hard-to-miss trend. Adorn yourself in day-glo shoes, headbands, gloves and jackets. Even Under Armour's yoga gear features hot pink and oranges. Don't forget sensorized gear: the Nike+ GPS sportswatch also now comes in day-glo colors.
