It’s a choker. It’s a collar. It’s both! Call it a fashion accessory with a split personality. Even if you’re not sure what to call it, this charming accessory is surely fun to make and wear!

Materials needed:
- 2 half-meter chain
- Pliers
- Ribbon
- Spray paint (optional)
Procedure:
Step 1: Get one chain and mark the center.
Step 2: Use pliers to open the links and divide the other chain into 2 pieces.
Step 3: Attach one end of both pieces to the center of the first chain.
Step 4: Attach other ends to form 2 chain loops. Adjust size and length according to your preference.
Step 5: Spray paint and let it dry.
Step 6: Sew on a piece of ribbon on each end of the choker to secure around your neck.
