From March 26 to April 10, in honor of the culmination of International Woman’s Month, Yahoo! SHE will be transforming Power Plant Mall, Rockwell into the ultimate lifestyle destination for women.  Three interactive women’s interest hubs will be positioned within the North Court and South Court of the mall for women to speak to experts about real women’s concerns.  As an added treat, all guests will receive an exclusive Yahoo! SHE ENJOY card to partake in promos for the next 60 days. 

How do I develop my own personal style?

To find out how to accentuate your best features and how to dress for your body type, visit the Fashion & Beauty hub at the North Court from March 26 to April 1.  A L’Oreal mobile salon will feature Emphasis and Fabio Salsa hairstylists and will give each hub visitor the latest in hair treatments, hairstyling and make-up, while stylists from SOFA will be offering one-on-one fashion styling tips through clothing and accessories from Marks & Spencer. 

To cap off the ultimate makeover experience, each Fashion & Beauty hub visitor can opt to have their photo uploaded onto Flickr, with a chance to appear on an Editors’ Picks beauty feature on Yahoo! SHE. The person chosen to have the Best Personal Style will win a full makeover and exclusive feature on the site.

On Saturday, March 31, Fashion stylist and SOFA teacher Eldz Mejia will be giving a special styling talk to interested hub visitors at 4 p.m.

How do I live a more healthy lifestyle?

From April 2 to 4 and 7 to 10, the North Court of Power Plant Mall by Marks and Spencer will transform into the ultimate Health & Wellness hub for visitors to find out how to manage a balanced lifestyle.  10-minute massages from The Spa will be available for each visitor, while blood pressure monitoring and tips from nutritionists will be offered by HP Diagnostics.  Fitness consultants from Gold’s Gym will also be on hand to offer practical work-out tips.  Dermatologists from Beverly Hills 6750 will provide skin testing and analysis through their Visia complexion analysis machine. 

On April 8, Easter Sunday, find out more about the latest dancercise fitness craze, Zumba from a demonstration by Gold’s Gym at 3:30 p.m., hear more about cervical cancer from a doctor from Beverly Hills 6750, and watch a yoga pilates demo by Barre3 at 6:30 p.m.

How can I turn my house into a home?

Whether you’re trying to maximize a small living space or are planning to redesign your home’s interiors, experts at the Home & Relationships hub will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.  From April 1-4 and 7-8 by the South Court of Power Plant Mall (by the Zara entrance) interior designers from the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID) will be at the hub to attend to all your design queries. 

Kids of all ages can visit a play area and enjoy an Easter egg painting session and will be given lollipops from Van Melle; the first 75 kids will be given an exclusive purple Yahoo! rubber ducky for their efforts.  The rest of the family can enjoy electronic games and reading materials at the hub.
