This week, with mum out of town, my little sister and I are in charge of the kitchen. I've been tossing up a variation of eggs for breakfast (bhurji with tomato and cheese, or rather dry hardboiled eggs) and I can already see fatigue setting in. Although I must warn you, it's hardly what would comprise a "healthy" meal, it certainly makes for a fun breakfast treat on a Sunday morning!
Using fruits and cream cheese, it's a spin-off from the cherished French toast. And for a mageirocophobe like me (that's the fear of cooking), it's also a fairly un-intimidating venture, since it doesn't demand more than 15 minutes in the kitchen. So all you need to get started are:

5. A dash of cinnamon
6. Orange zest and juice, and lemon juice
7. A loaf of bread or a raisin baguette
