Marketed as the most exclusive residential address in Makati, Roxas Triangle Towers introduced its second tower on Wednesday, November 5.

Set at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Cruzado Street in a "central yet more private" section of the Makati business district, the luxury condominium is packaged under the brand of Ayala Land Premier (ALP), the high-end subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.

Developed by Roxas Land Corp., a joint venture between Ayala Land, Hongkong Land, and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), the project caters to the uppermost segment of the luxury market.

The condominium enjoys one of the highest occupancy and leasing rates in Makati, according to ALP head Jose Juan Jugo. Given a total lot area of 1.1 hectares, the two towers are primed to occupy half of the site, while the other half will be crafted into open spaces for its residents.

Roxas Triangle Towers provides a discreet location that brings prime access and exclusivity, stated Jugo. Residents can enjoy both the quiet and excitement of being at the heart of our financial capital.

Dubbed Two Roxas Triangle, the second tower consists of 52 levels and 182 units, with up to four units per floor. Unit sizes range from 302 to 632 square meters.

The tower offers four distinct units: the 3-bedroom Garden Residences (302 to 331 square meters), which come with garden areas; the 3-bedroom Standard and Sky Residences (302 to 221 square meters), some of which have a balcony; the 3-bedroom Penthouse Bi-Level units (480 - 498 square meters), which spans two stories; and the 4-bedroom Penthouse Flat (approximately 550 square meters), some of which feature a balcony.

All units have walk-in closets in the master bedroom; a service entrance; a maid's bedroom, with toilet and bath; and a designer kitchen furnished with appliances.

Facilities include elevators that open to a private lobby for each unit; a lagoon-type pool; a squash court; indoor and outdoor multipurpose courts; a fitness center; a game room; a salon; indoor and outdoor play areas; several function rooms; and, finally, a helipad.

Units are priced at P60 to P190 million, inclusive of parking and VAT. ALP sales head Mike Jugo stated that 70 percent of the second tower has already been sold.

Two Roxas Triangle will be ready for occupancy come 2019.
